Sweat Like a Pig, Look Like a Fox


It's important to find an exercise that gets your heart rate up. If you like to eat (like me), then this will burn calories and shred fat. Make sure you're working up a good sweat at least 3-4x a week. Sweating ensures that your body is reaching it's max heart rate for calorie burning and helps to release toxins.
